End-to-End Execution

A full home interior with Manya means one quotation, one team, and one number to call if something goes wrong. We run design, civil work, carpentry, electricals, painting and finishing under a single site supervisor, against the same 25/25/30/20 payment ladder that's written into every agreement we sign.

You don't coordinate a designer, a contractor and an electrician who've never spoken to each other. The layout, the materials and the timeline are agreed before work starts, and the handover date goes into the contract.

A Delhi kitchen deals with heat, oil, steam and daily use that most catalogue kitchens are not built for. We build the carcass in 18mm HDHMR with a BWP ply base — the part that sits closest to water — and finish every external face in 1mm decorative laminate, every internal face in 0.8mm white laminate, and every exposed edge in machine-applied 2mm PVC banding.

The layout gets designed around your cooking, not around a showroom photo. Where the grain trolley goes, how far the bottle pull-out is from the hob, whether you need a wicker basket or a pantry unit — that's the conversation, and it happens before anything gets cut.

Delhi's summer heat and humidity swell cheap board and warp shutters within a couple of years. We build every wardrobe in 18mm HDHMR, laminated inside and out — not just on the visible face — so the board doesn't absorb moisture from the inside.

Every wardrobe is sized to the room, not picked from a catalogue. Loft storage where the ceiling allows, hanging rods at the right height, drawers where you actually reach for them.

Most bathroom leaks in Delhi flats trace back to one thing: tiling straight over a wall with no waterproofing underneath. We apply 7-coat Dr. Fixit waterproofing and test it before a single tile goes up — the coat you'll never see is the one that decides whether your neighbour downstairs gets a damp patch in three years.

Everything above that is finished properly too: double-charged vitrified tiles with epoxy grout that won't stain or crack, and the floor cut to the correct 1:80 slope so water actually reaches the drain instead of pooling.

Which ceiling makes sense depends on the room, not on a trend. POP gives you cove detailing and a fully custom profile. PVC is the right call for bathrooms and other wet areas. Gypsum board gives the cleanest, flattest finish for a living room or bedroom.

Whichever you choose, the electrical provision — wiring channels for cove and downlight fittings — goes in during installation, not as an afterthought once the ceiling is closed up.

A paint job is only as good as what happens before the paint goes on. We scrape the surface back, fill every crack with acrylic putty, sand it smooth, and apply one coat of primer — then two or more coats of Asian Paints Royale Velvet Touch or Dulux plastic emulsion.

Flooring and joinery are covered and protected for the full duration of the job, not just during the actual painting.

Electrical work is the part of a renovation nobody sees once the walls are closed up — which is exactly why it has to be done right the first time. We wire with Polycab, Finolex, RR Kabel or Havells cable, and fit switches and sockets from Anchor by Panasonic or Havells.

Every point is planned before the ceiling and walls close — cove lighting, AC points, geyser and kitchen appliance loads — and tested before handover.

A commercial fitout has different priorities from a home — footfall, staff movement, storage, and how the space photographs for a customer walking past. We design for the way the space actually gets used, then build it with the same in-house team that does our residential work.

Civil, electrical and finishing run under one site supervisor, same as every other project — just planned around a business, not a family.
